Come join a vibrant new share house of 3 in the Westgarth end of Northcote near the Wetgarth Cinema. Two rooms are available in this spacious 3 bedroom 2 living area 1 bathroom house with laundry. The new fully equiped kitchen also has a dishwasher and there s a great hifi and tv lots of storage cupboards and polished floorboards throughout. There is rear roller door access a bbq shed and deck chair on the sundeck in the backyard and wireless internet and cordless phones inside. Located 40 seconds walk from the High Street 86 Tram which goes down Smith Street to the city and about the same from Westgarth Station on the Hurstbridge line. Hoping to find social outgoing people to move in. No smoking inside. The living areas are partially temporarily furnished but plenty of other furniture is arriving later in the month. I m a 30 year old guy in final year of an engineering degree at Melbourne Uni and like running hiking socialising. My cat lives here too indoors only. The two living areas will help us not be on top of each other and our friends. A bit of partying would be good but we need to be responsible and not trash the place cause the paintwork floorboards fireplaces are immaculate and damage would be very noticeable. Respect for other people s pets and property would be good too. Prefer no couples but I m not too biased with age group and whether professional student self-employed or musician but will likely be aiming for one other guy and a girl to move in. Oh the rooms. The one is very nice quite big 3.20 x 4.23 metres with a fireplace and it s around 185 pw. The other measuring 2.48 by 3.27 metres unfortunately has no windows and is around 130 pw but as stated there s loads of storage place elsewhere in the house and also a shed outside. That smaller room might suit a shorter term stay but I d prefer to fill the larger room first. If this sounds what you re looking for please ring or email.
