Hi there I have a room available in a unit in Penshurst at 115 per week expenses(ie ph net and elect)and 2 weeks 230) bond. Penshurst is one station stop south of Hurstville and it takes approximately 20 mins by train to central. The room is unfurnished at the moment although I have spare bedside tables and clothes rack and a foldaway bed you re most welcome to use. The unit is secure and Very quiet at the back of a secure block with off street parking which you can view from the bedroom window There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer a well equipped kitchen and a balcony and cable internet. I am 32 y o gay guy been in sydney since September and also prefer to share with someone who wants a home rather than a room. Im tidy and clean love to cook and share a meal and i dont mind a night out but am no party animal whereas a night with a good movie or good discussion is a preffered way to relax after a busy day I have a well behaved (spoilt) cat that keeps to himself and sleeps in my room(in his basket If you are interested in viewing the room or have any questions please dont hesitate to call me on 0404 333 740 or 9579 3965.
