There is plenty of storage space and wireless 512K broadband. The location is perfect short walk to Randwick and Centennial Park Very convenient transport which can take you to Coogee Maroubra City Newtown etc in less than 15 minutes The Flatmates- Personally I have lived here for 2 years and it has been a great experience. At the moment there are 7 friendly diverse and interesting people here (4 girls 3 guys) aged btw 19-25. Some students and some workers. It is a very dynamic group of people so are looking for someone who can contribute their own ideas talents etc to make living here even More enjoyable We love traveling the beach bbqs relaxing around the house and the occasional party You will need to come and visit us to check out what we have to offer and if it is a suitable place for you before we can decide so the move in date will probably be closer to this weekend.
