Hi we are two girls who are currently looking for a third person to share our 3 bedroom gorgeous flat Location is Campbell Parade North Bondi) Amazing The flat is in immaculate condition spacious light and airy wooden floors throughout and fully furnished. The only thing not included is a bed. The room itself is huge and located at the back of the flat so it is very private and quiet. We are looking for an easy going flatmate. Obviously you have to be reliable with the rent and be up for having a laugh. The preferable age range is about 23-32. The flat will be available from Saturday 12th of April and viewings are happening from Wednesday the 9th. We are looking for someone to commit to at least 8 weeks stay.but possibly longer. 2 weeks bond required rent paid 2 weeks in advance Sorry room is for 1 person only
