I am a 26 year old Scottish guy who has been living and working in Sydney for just over a year. Up until now I have been living in an ace flat with a mate from back home. Unfortunately he has a new girlfriend who has him well and truly under the thumb and is moving out with her Basically this leaves me needing a flatmate to replace him and I want to ensure the person I get in is suitable so here is an overview of the house and its personality Modern 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms on the 8th floor of the Elan building in Kings Cross w.theelan.com.au. The building has a 24 hour conscierge a 25 mtr pool covered but open sided with ace sun bathing area a gym a full size snooker table a table tennis room an outdoor spa and saunas. My balcony looks directly down Williams street and we have a great view. Gonna stick a Bbq out on the balcony as well asap. Inside we have a massive curved couch Ps3 (pro evolution soccer players will be preferred) Foxtel Iq Wireless broadbamd etc. Basically the place is lovely. As for me I believe in having a lot of fun whenever possible I work in recruitment so from 8-6.30ish weekdays but party hard at the weekends which is good as the flat is 5 mins from all of Kings cross finest drinking establishments. I play 5 a side football 2 nights a week some tennis and squash and stuff but an equally happy chilling in and watching tv. In all honesty the flat is probably better suited to a guy between 19-30 however girls will be considered if they are cool and up for a laugh. I m on face book wood robbie yahoo.co.uk with some photos of fun nights and the place too I think. I am looking for an easy going laidback flatmate that I will have stuff in common with. Oh yeah the place is always busy at the weekends as have people back for mini parties all the time so you gotta be able to handle the pace
