Based in North Sydney we re looking for someone energetic who has a can do attitude and willing to go that extra mile to give our clients the attention they deserve You would ideally have technical support experience and want to get your hands onto more challenging technologies. You will be involved in performing a wide range of tasks (installations maintenance upgrades issue resolution) to our external clients via remote on-site support. The successful applicant will have the following skills attributes Good knowledge and experience of Pc s and Lan Wan skills Knowledge of Ms server operating systems Active Directory Ms Exchange remote diagnosis tools Fluent high level oral and written communication skills Our clients are all over the Sydney area so own transport is essential Good presentation and customer service skills as our clients are our highest priority Industry certifications an advantage A salary package commensurate with experience and skill set will be offered to the right person.
