The role Our client is one of the leading Telecommunications services providers based in Sydney s Cbd. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Voice Engineer to join this expanding team. Responsibilities in this role will include Trouble shoot Network and customer faults as they occur. Provision new voice services into the Network. Administer existing Voice network and applications. Upgrade or install new Hardware into the Network as required. Essential skills experience and qualifications 2 Years experience in Telecommunications Isdn configuration and support experience Experience provisioning and trouble shooting VoIP services Experience with one or more of the following H323 or Sip or Isup or Mgcp Cisco Ios and Hardware As5400 s 7200 It is preferred that you are Ccnp or Ccvp qualified but not essential) Any experience with Portaone billing Quintum Broadsoft Nextone would be highly desirable (but not essential General Business Hours no shift but must have the ability to work on-call.
