Service Analyst Fixed term 12 month contract 45- 50k) Leading property organisation Cbd location This leading Australian property group have an opening for an experienced helpdesk person to join their expanding team. This is a busy and fast paced helpdesk environment with diverse responsibilities incorporating 1st level phone based support. Responsibilities Respond to internal external requests for information Ensure all queries are handled promptly and effectively Escalate calls as required to ensure prompt resolution Update all job status on jobs for accuracy follow through all jobs logged Explain technical information to users in a clear and concise manner Methodically talk through issues to with users to identify possible cause and solution Review and track own work processes and activities Participate in ad hoc projects as required Requirements 6-12 months experience within a busy helpdesk environment Strong knowledge of Ms Office 2003 Xp Outlook Detailed knowledge of all versions of Ms Windows Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for technology If this role sounds like it could be for please please apply now using the links below
