Graphic Web Design Skills Sought (Sydney)

Hey I have a couple of business ideas that I believe are marketable but lack the skills required to fully execute the plan. I require the following skills preferably but not necessarily in the same individual 1. Someone who has the graphic design skills to produce a simple design that I have in mind. I estimate that this will take a very small amount of time. 2. Someone capable of creating and maintaining a website with simple search functions. I expect that this would be slightly more time consuming. I would prefer to reward the individual a share of profits but am open to negotiation. I am open to all demographics but believe that the opportunity would suit a student. Cheers Adm
