Coles Victorian Footballers VFL Cards
Description
In 1954 and 1955, Coles produced 3 sets of swap cards featuring VFL players. Known as the Coles Victorian Footballers series, each set comprised 56 cards. Series 1 and 2 were released in 1954 with series 3 coming out the following year. This final set is more scarce than the first two. All sets look almost identical but there is a way to tell which series a card is from. If the card has a plain back, it is from 1954 Series 1.Web page:
