We are a professional couple looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom house or cottage in and around the West Oxfordshire area (Witney Bampton Eynsham etc Prefer a 12 month let but will happily take 6 months. Neither of us are smokers and we dont have any children. I do have a 3 year old outdoor cat and he is very well behaved. Unfurnished preferred but again will look at part furnished. Upto £750pcm. References available. Needed for April.
