Hi I have a room in a house of five that I plan to leave by mid may but if you need to move in on the 1st of may we can work it out The three other guys are planning to leave by april-end of may so you ll probably be only living with another french girl. The place is clean the room is the biggest one. There s a big kitchen and a living room as well as a bathroom and two toilets. The rent is 95 pounds per week plus bills so it should only be water as it will be spring summer It s 15 minutes away from Brookes university if you walk slowly -p It s perfect for students if you feel like staying in oxford to do your dissertation There s a bus stop 3 mns away from the house that can take you downtown or to London. You also have a library several stores and lots of coffee shop (from the local one to Starbucks or an organic coffee shop) As it s a managed house you can also rent it the following year if you want. Technically it s available till mid july but you can probably rent it longer (and in that case the rent would decrease) Let me know if you re interested I ll send pictures Cheers
