I m offering my lovely apartment for rent between end June beginning July to Xmas. When I have let it out before it has gone for £625 plus bills. However this time as I am only leaving for 6 months I want to be able to leave some things such as books behind and therefore will be offering it at £625 including bills. I am looking for a very responsible tenant with good references etc. The apartment is in a converted mill accesses a garden with decking and has exposed brick beams large windows. The kitchen and bathroom are separate from the lounge which is very large. The apartment is fully furnished.
