We have a 2 bedroom first floor flat in a nice private cul-de-sac in Newbury Berkshire. We are looking for a swap Asap simply because we are now both working in Oxford and want to cut down on travel. Ideally within 10 miles of south south east Oxford we are looking for 2 bedrooms. Only non-negotiable thing is the property must be in the catchment of a good primary school age of property decoration etc not important.
