The master bedroom in spacious fully furnished terrace house just off Heslington Road a 15-minute walk from the centre of York is available from Saturday 10 May 2008. We (Chris postgrad student 24 and Rob journalist 25) are looking for a male or female housemate as our third housemate Inga has just accepted a job in London. We are ideally looking for an outgoing reliable and tidy person who can commit to at least six months here. Young professionals or students who are willing to pay their share of council tax would be preferred. No smokers please. The house is very light and has three bedrooms one bathroom with a bath and shower a lounge dining area kitchen plus a back yard. We have sky tv and wireless internet. There is non permit on-street parking along the cul-de-sac outside the house where we both park our cars. The rent is £250 per person a month exclusive of bills which work out at about £50 60 per person a month including council tax. Our friendly landlord requires a £250 bond.
