Small garden to the rear and off-street parking (with availability for guest parking too) Rent is £350 per month (including bills) A deposit of £300 is required (will be returned upon end of tenancy if no damage has occurred) and a months rent is required on the first of every month. The house is 2 minutes from the bus station in Tadcaster and close to all local ammenities. Tenant must be tidy fun and outgoing.
