council house exchange wanted (York and outskirts, Price: £70)

We have a small 3 bedroom in york it is a quiet area. The house comprises of a 12x14 living room leading into a small kitchen and thats leads into the bathroom. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms the front one fits in 2 single beds a desk bookcases and has two built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed in it and a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom is small but has a cabin bed plus a set of drawers and a tall boy. The house is centrally heated and just had new fireplace. The garden is paved up and a small patch of grass at the end it is a medium garden with two sheds. The front garden is grassed and there is room for a driveway if required. We are looking for a house in the York area with 3-4 bedrooms or two rooms downstairs. We only want to move for the space as we really like living here but have 3 teenagers and no space. The house also needs redecorating as we have now lived here two years and did it when we moved in. Please get in touch with any offers
