Professional female seeks a room in central Oxford from July (Oxford, Price: £95pw)

Hi I am a 25 year old professional female who works in the city center. My work pattern is quiet random hence why I cannot be reliant upon public transport and probably wont be suited to renting a room in a family house. My contract in my current house runs out at the end of July so ideally I would like to start renting a new room from mid July so that I have some time to move my stuff over. In a new house I would prefer a large single or a double and would prefer some communal space where everyone can relax together and get to know each other. Unfortunaetly I do not have a large budget and anything above £400 would be too much for my circumstances. If you have or know of a room that may suit me could you let me know. Ruth
