I have a room avaiable to rent in Hulme Manchester. It is a single bedroom fully furnished with a wardrobe desk and bed. There is a bathroom available with a shower fitted. The house is situated in a good location and there is public transport available nearby to get to town centre. A Premier store is nearby and the local Asda is only a 5-10 minute bus journey away. Bills include electricity gas water and internet. All bills will be reviewed every 3 months. I am a third year student and like peace and quiet to study. I go out occasionally and enjoy going out to eat with friends and going shopping and the cinema. I am very clean and tidy and I am looking for some one with similar interests.
