I m looking for a guy or lady to share a flat with from beginning April onwards in the New Gorbals so only minutes walk to the city centre. Non smokers only please I m a 27 year old male architect who loves his sport especially cycling triathlon and rowing but also a bit of rugby and football but I enjoy a gig and a drink at the weekend. The room is a double and I ll be looking for £270 per month plus bills. Min 6 months lease and I ll take a months rent in deposit plus a reference.
