Hi I ve got a fantastic flat in Hyndland and I m looking for a someone to take the spare double bedroom. It s a good size and is unfurnished aside from a single bed built-in wardrobe and widescreen Tv. I should be able to get in other items (within reason if need be (bedside table desk etc The flat is in a very quiet area it s less than 10 mins away from Byres Rd (good for shops pubs is near Uni) and Partick (also good for shops handy for buses underground and trains Hyndland station is less than 5 mins away it takes around 10 mins on the train to get into town. Rent is £400 per month. This includes all bills (heating electricity line rental unlimited phone calls broadband tv license) and council tax. I m 24 work full-time Mon-Fri in local primary schools also run an independent record label. I m looking for a relatively quiet flatmate parties and mates round all the time are a no-no I m afraid (Wouldn t mind the odd Friday Saturday night though If you work in childcare education listen to soul r&b hip-hop or like football badminton table tennis pool. well any of those would be a bonus Please get in touch asap if you re interested.
