The house is situated in a great location 10 minutes walk from Mauldeth Road train station which is only one stop (10 mins to Piccadilly) and close to all the local bus routes. Its also within a short distance from all the motorway networks. Didsbury village is less than 5 minutes away. The rent is £400 pcm which includes all bills such as council tax water gas electric phone rental internet and we have freeview tv.
