They are both very nice and friendly but work hard so no need to worry about too much noise Would suit student or a professional It s a really nice house and the only reason that I am leaving is to go to Australia for 6 months It s a very good price for such a nice house its £58 per week and bills are extra but even including broadband internet this is less than £30 per month I promise you won t find a house that s as nice as near the uni at such a good price Most of my friends are jealous I have it Email or call vneve hotmail.co.uk or 07966029370
