Fun students for flat in West Didsbury (West Disbury, Price: £281pcm)

Looking for really funny guys to come live with us someone outgoing and laid back. Early-mid-late 20 s is all good with us were currently 3 not very girly girls and 2 guys but 1 of them is leaving in July He s being replaced with another girl in sept You can move in immediately with the option to start a new contact in july for 12 mths or move in for the new school year. Its a really nice big student house with 2 siting rooms 7 big double bedrooms 3 bathrooms all just been newly renovated with a new kitchen 2 fridge freezers combi microwave dishwasher tumble dryer washer. all the rooms are really lovely and clean etc. House is really close to Palatine road so good for transport and burton road so good for drinking were a really fun group who ve all decided that its better 2 live with guys 2 rooms are spare at the moment. were 22 24 27 and 28. but we all seem much younger than we are. were really laid back fun enjoy talking going out i love cooking big meals on sundays. the house is really good 2 entertain mates in with all the space. the rent is 260 until july with bills inc. then its £281 not inc bills after that with july aug half rent. really lovely house. much better than anything in fallowfield. promise Has to be a student council tax bill is massive hence one of our group leaving. my number is 07843098533
