Great location near Glasgow Uni Kelvingrove Park cafes bars and restaurants and subway busesand about 20 minutes walk from city centre. Rent is 260 per month not including utilities and internet which comes to another 25-35 a month though during summer likely on the low end of the spectrum. You d be living with two postgrad lads one from Us the other from Italy both 30. Students preferred for council tax reasons though you won t be added to the lease so likely not an issue either way.
