I have a single room to rent in Dennistoun to share with two others one Honours and one PhD Student. The flat is a nice place to be and has excellent transport links to the universities. The room itself is quite small but there is a large living room. Rent is £270 per month but this includes gas electricity and wireless Internet access. I own the flat but I m pretty easy going as is the other person living here. But we would like to find somebody who would fit in to the flat and would enjoy living with us. Ideally this person would be A student 24 years Male (sorry we just think it would work better A non smoker Respectful of the flat and people s privacy Not (just) a party animal Able to string a sentence together Somebody with a sense of humour I know this sounds a bit demanding but it s better to be up-front.
