Hello I m a 23 year old Msc student at Strathclyde Uni I finish in September but my flatmate s just moved out so I m looking for someone to replace him till then(preferably a final year or postgrad student tho not necessarily) with the possibility of staying longer. Its a big 2-bed flat in the St Georges Cross area(in between the west end and sauchiehall st Its a nice quiet building and 20 minutes walk to Glasgow and Strathclyde unis. Rent is 262.50 a month. We ve got virgin tv broadband phone which is 40 pounds a month so 20 pounds a month each for that or we can sort it out if you don t want to pay for the internet etc. I basically want someone who is quiet and respectful I do like to have a laugh and go out etc occasionally but I m going to be working really hard this summer so I need someone who ll give me peace when I need it If you re interested give me an email or text phone and I promise I ll get back to you.
