The place is very near to two bus routes into town the 111 (which avoids the student bottle neck of Fallowfield) and the 143 43. The Princess Parkway is nearby offering good road links to the motorway networks. The property has wireless broadbanda clothes washer clothes dryer basement for storage and the usual furnishings. 2 toilets 2 showers and a bath are in the house. All the windows are double-glazed There are 3 guys and 4 girls in the place all professionals most aged 20-30. All are easy going. The rent is 285 pcm which includes council tax and water. Elec is about 10 pounds per month and the gas was 15 per month over the winter The room is on the ground floor with the window facing from the rear of the house.
