Hi I need a new flatmate. My current flatmate moves out end of April. The room is a double room in a large 2 bedroom flat in Hulme 20 minutes walk form the city centre. All mod cons sky tv wireless broadband etc. The rent is £295 pcm including all bills except council tax. I m a 38yo Irish non-smoking gay man. I m looking for an easy going pleasant flat mate gender and sexuality irrelevant. Also I m very rarely in Manchester at weekends so you d have the place to yourself Friday to Sunday.
