It s situated not far from the park west end and city centre close to Exhibition Centre station and bus stops. Might suit the literary or artistic type? I should make you aware that the bedroom itself is very small. We do have plenty of storage space though 220 per month bills (no separate council tax payment required 100 deposit 3 month minimum stay.
