Hi I am currently looking for a lodger. The price is £350 a month including all bills apart from any telephone calls. The Metro and town centre are all within a five minute walk and there is a free car park at the side of the house. The house and lodger s room is fairly newly decorated with a lovely double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers.
