I am a 23 year old young professional living in the westend of Glasgow I work 9-6 mon-fri so looking for another young professional who works similare hours that s clean and tidy reliable with rent and fairly quiet. I live for the wkends these days I have one room available to rent from Monday 12th May. It is a large bedroom with a super king size brass bed (it s amazing ) wardrobe chest of drawers dressing table shelves 2 bedside tables each with bedside lamps a wooden chest that can be used to put a Tv on a large lantern lamp fire alarm and newly fitted aerial which means Tv signal is perfect It is £450 per month which includes council tax (this is £300 altogether per month as the flat is very large and in a lovely area) sky plus (in living room on 42 " Lcd tv) phone rental and broadband internet. Rent does not include bills these I recieve quarterly and will be split when I get them. I require a £100 deposit upon moving in which you will get back if room is left in condition found and first month s rent to be paid on day move in. The flat is huge with a large living room with 42" plasma Tv dvd player 2 large comfy leather sofas coffee table bay window original marble fireplace and real like gas fire. The kitchen is also large with all mod cons good for having people for dinner with a nice table and 6 chairs Tv it is newly refurbished. Large hall and utility room with hoover ironing board etc etc hanging pulley for washing washing machine. Shelving up walls for extra storage. Front door is double doors. Two bathrooms one with shower toilet sink shelving and the other bathroom with bath shower toilet sink both recently refurbished.
