Hi there Alas I m going to leave London and we are looking for a Girl to take over my place in a tiny but cute flat 1 minute away from Willesden Green tube station (zone 2 There will be 3 girls living there you Valeria (Italian teacher) and Nuria (Spanish professional too This place was designed for a couple to live in but we rearranged it for the 3 of us. Theres a triple room (1 bunk bed and 1 single bed) with 2 massive wardrobes and other storage space a table shelves mirror etc full equipped kitchen (microwave toaster kettle washing machine toilette and bathroom of course. There is additional storage space for luggage and there is a huge garden outside. This place would be perfect for someone that would like to save some money in rent and is tired of sharing flats with too many people. The girls are both Very nice and appreciate having their own space and privacy. Rent will be paid every 7th of the month and its 244 each Council tax excluded (we don t pay it now cause I m a student so if you are a full-time student in London you are welcome My bed will be available from the 6th of June.
