Hi there I am a 27year old guy living in a big studio flat(one room I am an accountant current working in Canary wharf. I do not smoke and only like to drink socially. At the end of the year I am planning to take a year career break to travel round the world so for now I need to save as much money as possible. The person I m sharing with is moving out on the 1st of June and now I need someone new to share the rent bills. I live in a very central location in Bethnal green less than 1min to the train station 1min to Bethnal green tube station and there are lots of bus stops shops pubs restaurants around. Only walking distances from Brick lane which has a very good night life. I am looking for a cool down to earth person who is clean and tide. The flat has separate Kitchen and Bath room one big bed and a sofa bed which you can use. Included in the amount paid for rent is Internet sky Tv and washing machine. The only bill share is the electricity charge key which is about £10 or less a month. Please if you are interested drop me a mail.
