Flatmate needed preferably a student to live with 4 second year girls One of our flatmates is leaving uni and so we need to find a replacement asap The house is recently refurbished double rooms communal living kitchen area plasma tv and leather sofa. Shared bathroom and seperate downstairs toilet. About a five minute walk to Sainsburys. Deposit is required and over the two summer months (july and august 08)half rent will be charged.
