hi there i am looking for a flatmate to share my lovely flat with it is a new build on west end of argyle street 15 min walk from glasgow uni and 10 min walk to centre of town. The room is a double with floor to ceiling window and also there is a bathroom that would be more or less theirs. There is a phoneline and broadband. The rent is £400 a month and around £20 for utility bills. The flat has a few extra bonuses like a balcony ceiling surround sound and big open living area There is also a car park space if that would be of use. I am 19 year old female student at glasgow uni going to be going in2 second year would really like a flatmate that i can socialise with and feel comfortable around preferably a female student.
