Hi there Both my Flatmates are moving out as of July to spend their years abroad in Russia and Argentina. I have got one friend moving in but need someone else to make it complete. The flat is on Montague street (Woodlands) an ideal location being 5 mins from uni and 10 mins from the art school. It is about 2mins from Kelvinbridge Underground and is close to many many amenities. The flat is of a reasonable size modern yet cosy. It is almost too nicer flat for students to live in Communal spaces include Kitchen Bathroom Hall way and a large living dining room with Tv Dvd and Cd Player. Other facilities include fast wifi internet connection washing machine and tumble dryer. The room itself is of a reasonable size with a 1 1 2 person bed wardrobe and desk and good storage. I am 21 male and am currently in my 3rd year studying Product Design Engineering. My interests include music (mostly electronic) bass guitar and climbing. I am pretty easy going and enjoy hanging out with my friends. My other flatmate is also 21 and Female she is studying Politics and will be entering the 3rd year as of September. She is also very friendly. The flat is quite communal and we take in turns to cook for each other every night. This has worked out really well and there is a great atmosphere in the flat which I hope we can continue next year. Oh its also a non smoking flat.
