Hi i have a 2 bedroom flat for rent in the west endon Hathaway Lane about 5 minutes walk from great western road and all pubs and clubs byres road 15 mins walk from glasgow uni and 20 mins walk into town there is also buses which run all night from town to outside the flat so always easy to get home. There is free parking outside the flat as well and a supermarket across the road. The flat can either be rented out altogether or separately. Flat is 2 double bedrooms fully furnished a small living room and a dining kitchen. Brand new bathroom and its all just been painted so its all fresh. Rent is £580 a month for the whole flator £290 for each bedroom available from the end of May. Its council tax band b if you pay council tax or students welcome as well. Deposit of £290 and first months rent needed up front internet in the flat as well. Not totally sure how much bills are since not got a bill for a while but i would guess around £20 a month each or so just depends Minimum lease is 6 months but also can be extended easy enough if you want.
