Hi everyone I have a lovely room to rent in a newly built flat in Adwick. It is a double room which is furnished to a high standard. There is parking available and the flat is 1 minute walk to the 192 bus stop which takes 5 minutes to get to town and appromiately 25 minutes to get to Stockport. It is easy walking distance to the universities town picadilly train station the Apollo wilmslow road Asda Tesco as well as loads of other stuff My current flatmate and I are the first people to live in the flat it is brand new. The room is available from June 1st as my flatmate is moving out. I am a reasonably tidy easy going considerate 20 year old girl. I work full time and do the early shift so I am usually in bed pretty early on week nights. I enjoy the usual things like watching Dvds going shopping going to bars chilling with friends etc. I am looking for someone genuine and easy going who is reasonably tidy. The rent is £300 per month plus bills it would probably be in the region of £400. The flat has been built to be very economical it is double glazed and has a leak detector fitted for the water. There is free wireless internet connection. I can supply pictures if required.
