I m looking for clean tidy easy going girlie to share with and looking for someone to move in around 9th June 2008. I would ideally like a female non-smoker veggie teetotal professional between 20 and 35. The flat is large bright and spacious and has been finished to a high spec. The room itself has ensuite and will be fully furnished double room. Flat will have Virgin Media Tv and Broadband and all that jazz Rent money will be £475 per month and that s all inclusive and also includes council tax Thats all you would have to pay per month so you will know how much you have left over for spending on other important things It a fantastic flat and you will be getting so much for your money Deposit is £400 which is refundable and I would need a reference from employer or last place you lived. A little about me. Im fun loving and always up for a laugh and making new friends love music art and most sports. I love horse riding. i also have a weakness for clothes shopping. its a terrible habit But i also like quite time and lazying in front of the Tv I watch all kinds of programmes No Dss or students (for council tax reasons ) sorry.
