My flat mate is moving out at the end of May meaning I have a room to rent from 1 June. I work in Glasgow moday to friday (9-5) and enjoy gym chilling out during the week and then out for a few drinks at the weekend. I am 27 and would ideally like to share with someone similar (male female Need to be clean and tidy and easy going. No smoking in flat. Flat is on Queens Dirve just off Pollockshaws Road and is a very short walk to Queens Park train station. Buses can be caught on Pollockshaws road. The room has double bed wardrobe chest of drawers (all new furnitute) and there is also a tv point. Room is at the back of the buildng and is very quiet at night little road noise. In the kitchen there is a table for 4 microwave washer dryer dishwasher all the usual stuff. Sitting room is very comftable large sofa 42" Tv. Broad band included. Bathroom has shower and bath. There is also an enclosed garden to the side of the flat ideall during the summer for chilling out in the sun bbqs etc. On street parking I have never had a problem getting a space very close to the door of the flat. Viewing is essential to see how nice this flat is. Im a pretty laid back guy who is easy to live with. My current flat mate said when he moved in that there were other cheaper flats about to rent but none as nice as this one. Rent is £440 month in advance includes all bills council tax.
