Hi I am going on a 3 month secondment over the summer with work. I am hoping to rent out my room to help pay the mortgage My current flat mate will be there and he is very easy going and a great guy to live with. Ideally youd be pretty clean and tidy and be a young professional but the main thing for me is covering as long a period as possible for while Im away. Really proud of my flat its a 2 bed new build and is quite spacious. Got a nice big living room with an awesome big leather corner sofa all pointing at my home cinema system There is also a gym in the building with some nice new equipment. It doesnt have any weights just Cv machines though. Rent £470 per month (inclduing all bills and council tax etc) Really not interested in trying to rip anyone off just want to cover my costs. So if you think you fit the bill then give me a shout. Room is available from the 15th of June which is when Im moving down south until the 29th of September. Cheers Glenn
