25 year old female looking for a flatmate to share her two bedroom flat. The flat is situated in the Jordanhill area (close to both Jordanhill and Anniesland train station. The room contains a double bed bedside cabinet and fully fitted wadrobe. You would also have your own bathroom with shower and bath. The flat has wireless internet connection and a freeview box. I am looking for someone who is tidy friendly and a non smoker. I would also prefer to rent the room for a year but would consider people only interested in a 6 month rental agreement. The room will be available from the end of July begining of August. Costs will be 350pcm bills (council tax is included within the 350. Pictures can be sent.
