Hi Ive got a smallish double room to let in my house. Im a 30 yr old professional guy like a drink in the Chorlton bars looking for someone easy going to move in here. All bills included in the £270 per month unless you run up a big phonebill haha. The house is just opposite Southern Cemetary on Barlow Moor Road not quite where that map says it is 15min walk to 4 banks 10 min to bus station. Near Chorlton water park too. Really handy place to live if youve got to commute as close to city centre and also close to m-way junction for M56 or M60. Ive not got anyone else living here at the mo but my sister should be coming to take over a room in late July. I have a cat so if youre allergic to them its probably not a good idea
