Single bedroom in a modern flat walking distance to City centre 5 mins walk Bellgrove train station and Dennistoun. There are buses every few minutes into town or beyond and there is good access to the M74 and the M8. Ideally I m looking to share with another female non-smoker. I m easy going but clean. The room is available from late August to the end of the year but this could possibly be extended for 12 months after that depending on circumstances. The room has a bed a wardrobe and a desk. The flat itself has cable Tv broadband washing machine and large fridge freezer. The flat is clean and the street is quiet for the city centre and reasonably friendly. There is also parking.
