Hi there We are looking for a fun easy-going female to share a twin room in our split level townhouse in Archway. You will be sharing a large room with a 22 year-old Australian girl. In the rest of the house there is a 24 year old Australian girl and a fun couple. We are only a 6min walk from Archway tube and there are heaps of night buses that serve the area. We are close to lively Camden Town where we spend a lot of our weekends. We all love going out on weekends but also appreciate the need for chill time during the week. The rent is £255 per month including council tax but excluding other bills. The room will be available on the 7th of July but there is some flexibility on this. You will be required to pay one months rent as a deposit. The room is available to view Tuesday 24th June at 7pm.
