A Multinational Investment Bank are seeking an additional Customer Services Clerk to join their client facing customer services team in their City based offices. This role will take a temporary format to start with and should the candidate impress will be going on to a permanent role. The Successful candidate Must be able to speak either Punjabi or Gujarati as this role will be dealing primarily with their Indian client base and language skills are key. They are seeking someone to work in the Customer Services team to deal with account queries and any account changes have a pleasant manner to all clients answer all telephone queries co-operate with internal departments and escalate relevant queries to the correct department. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer services role within a Bank and be able to speak Punjabi or Gujarati.
