We are currently recruiting for an Associate in the Corporate Finance and M&A advisory practice. This is an exciting opportunity with a leading investment house. The successful candidate will Quickly assume significant responsibilities for clients industries and the firm s business functions. Work as an integral part of the deal team in direct daily collaboration with the Directors as well as experts from other areas within the firm. Conduct sophisticated financial analyses and relevant industry research. Assess the impact of transactions on client financial results and capital structures. Participate in and occasionally lead due diligence sessions. Structure transactions help formulate and deliver advice to clients and close deals. Undertake and be rewarded directly for entrepreneurial opportunities within the firm. Develop new business prepare and participate in client presentations and market new products. Travel globally. Develop lasting relationships with firm executives and senior client executives. The Requirements Applicants should meet the following criteria 2 to 4 years of experience in M&A corporate finance or public-markets investing with a leading investment bank hedge fund or long-only asset manager. Proven aptitude and enthusiasm for conducting detailed financial and strategic analyses and modeling. Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced sometimes stressful environment.
