I am recruiting on behalf of an insurance firm in the city who have an opening for an assistant account to join their large and busy team. A ftse 250 firm this firm specialise in insurance broking and deal with international markets. The opportunity is for 3-6 months ongoing and requires a candidate of part-qualified calibre ability (ideally Aat Acca or Cima) to start shortly. This role will involve Provide assistance to the financial accountant on the production of the following reports Management accounts (monthly and quarterly) Statutory accounts Fsa reports Head office Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly group financial reporting requirements including Ifrs reporting plus adhoc project work within the department.
