Financial Accountant Insurance To £55000 Bonus Excellent Benefits London (Corporate Offices based in Guildford) Who they are Global Run-off Insurance Management business based in Guildford has an opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join the team at their offices based in the City. The long-term progression opportunities are based at the Group s corporate Headquarters in Guildford so flexibility between these two locations is a must. What you will be doing Quarterly and annual preparation of analytical and written management reports under Us Gaap for submission to Group Finance function in UK and Bermuda. Preparation of quarterly UK entity management accounts under UK Gaap. Preparation of UK Statutory accounts and Fsa submissions. Preparation of other management information such as board packs as necessary. Monitoring and managing the cash management and investment requirements. Documentation and review of key financial controls. Effective liaison with other departmental functions and other offices throughout the Group. Liaison with auditors actuaries and investment managers. Preparation of quarterly Vat returns and compilation of data for Annual Corporation and other tax returns. Why you should apply Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (Aca Acca Cima) with experience within Financial Services preferably the Insurance industry. Again flexibility between London and Guildford is a pre-requisite and you should have experience of accounting in local Gaap s with some exposure to Us in particular.
